ConfirmlyAbout
We build Confirmly so COD orders stop coming back
Confirmly is a COD order confirmation app for Shopify stores in India. It calls cash-on-delivery customers minutes after checkout, in their language, and confirms the order before it ships.
Why we built it
Cash on delivery is how most of India shops online, and it comes with a cost every COD store knows: parcels that come back. You pay to ship them out, pay to ship them back, and often lose the stock and the sale on top.
The usual fix is a press-1 phone menu. It's cheap, but it's built to be short, and short means confusing. A customer with a simple question hangs up, the order is marked unconfirmed, and a real sale gets cancelled. We think that second loss is the bigger one — and nobody sees it.
So we built the call a good store owner would make themselves: a short, polite conversation in the customer's own language that reads back the order, fixes the address, answers the question, and gets a clear yes or no.

What we believe
A conversation, not a keypad
Customers answer in their own words and their own language. A question gets an answer, not a hang-up filed as a “no”.
Honest with your customers
Every call says up front that it's your store's automated assistant, and it only ever calls about the customer's own order.
You stay in control
Nothing is cancelled and no address is changed unless you choose that setting. Orders that need a decision come to you.
Pay for what works
No monthly fee and no contract. Credits are only used when a customer actually picks up.
Who builds Confirmly
Confirmly is built and run by Frostleaf, a software and product studio. The same people who build the app answer your support emails, so the person reading your question can actually fix it.
