Cookie Policy
Last updated 16 September 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in the same way. We call them all “cookies” here. This policy explains the cookies used by Frostleaf LLP on this website and in the Confirmly app. Read it with our Privacy Policy.
2. Cookies on this website
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics | Distinguishes visitors so we can count visits. | Up to 2 years |
| _ga_* | Google Analytics | Keeps track of the current visit and pages viewed. | Up to 2 years |
Analytics cookies are set only on our live website. They tell us which pages are useful and how people find us. Google processes this data as described in how Google uses information from sites that use its services. We do not use advertising or remarketing cookies.
3. Cookies in the app
Confirmly runs inside your Shopify admin. It uses essential cookies and session tokens provided through Shopify to keep you signed in securely and to make the app work. These are necessary for the app and cannot be switched off. Shopify’s own cookies in the Shopify admin are covered by Shopify’s policies.
4. Controlling cookies
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop the app from working.
- You can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
5. Changes and contact
We will update this policy if we change the cookies we use, and change the date at the top.
